1. The Humansville School District will increase student performance as evidence through local, state, and national achievement levels.

Increase student attendance (90% of students 90% of the time)
Use Student Learning Objectives to provide increased understanding and accountability of individual student growth
Use data to adjust instruction and curriculum to increase student achievement

2. The Humansville School District will recruit, train, and retain high quality teachers, administrators, and support staff.

Use focused professional development opportunities to assist educators in developing instructional strategies that will increase student performance
Maintain the mentor/mentee program to improve the development and provide support to teachers new to the district

3. The Humansville School District will provide, maintain, and plan for appropriate and safe facilities, resources, and materials.

Maintain a safe and secure physical environment for students, staff, and community
Maintain and provide technology resources and training for students and staff
Repair and replace equipment to maintain clean, safe, and well maintained facilities

4. The Humansville School District will increase, promote, and enhance student, parent, and community involvement in educational programs.

Continue to improve communication between the school, staff, students, and community
Provide opportunities for families and community members to engage in a two-way dialogue with the district
